R Scripts corresponding with the data sheets showing the animal observations and GUD

These are the R scripts that correspond to the two data sheets. A Kruskal-Wallis test is performed to look at the difference between the three locations and the differences between the food types. Furthermore, various box plots and bar charts are made in order to visualize the data.
