about ising model analysis

This section contains the python file that create all the series that I analiced, named series-2.py.

The next files were used for the following:

-"analisisnh.py" to make an analisys using the horizontal and natural visibility algorithm.

-"grafdistgradosising.py" to plot the degree distributions

167_60.txt, 312_90.txt, 142_65.txt,312_10.txt are some examples of the resulting time series

-"grafs-ising.py" to plot all variables

-"infomapising.py" creates the networks and applies the infomap algortithm
