Display of presently known links between array peptides with phosphorylation levels significantly altered by lysates from human monocytes stimulated with N. meningitidis, and pro-inflammatory cytokines. The pathway analysis tools “Build” and “Connect” were used to identify the links, and connections were filtered to only include direct links between molecules identified in immune cells from human, rat, mice or immune cell line models. In silico analysis identified links pointing from ZBTB16 towards TNF, IL-6, and CXCL10.
