Effects of hDSPC-CM on NHDF migration. Scratch wound healing assays were performed using conditioned media and UVA-irradiated NHDFs for 48 hr. Images were obtained at 0, 24, and 48 hr (A). Quantitative analysis of the scratch wound healing assay after 48 hr (B). The proliferation of the NHDFs was examined in the presence or absence of hDSPC-CM or non-hDSPC-CM.
