The expression profiles of <i>OCT-3/4</i>, <i>Brachyury T</i>, <i>SOX-17</i> and <i>NKX2.5</i> in END-2 co-cultures.

<p>A) The expression of <i>OCT-3/4</i> in END-2 co-cultures originating from Matrigel decreased slower than in MEF and SNL feeder cell layer. B) The expression of <i>Brachyury T</i> peaked on day 3 in END-2 co-cultures originating from MEF and SNL feeder cell layers, while from Matrigel the peak was delayed to day 6. C) The expression of <i>SOX-17</i> behaved in the same way than <i>Brachyury T</i> expression. <i>SOX-17</i> peaked on day 3 in END-2 co-cultures originating from MEF and SNL feeders, while in co-cultures originating from Matrigel, the <i>SOX-17</i> peak was delayed to day 6.
