Western blot analysis of protein levels of CAT (A), SOD1 (B) and SOD2 (C) in AMPKα2+/+ mice. RT-PCR analysis of mRNA levels of CAT(D), SOD1(E) and SOD2(F) in AMPKα2+/+ mice. They are all normalized to level of GAPDH (all n = 5). *P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001 swim+vehicle vs. sed+vehicle; #P<0.05, ##P<0.01 swim+ISO vs. sed+ISO.
