This collection provides the experimental material associated to the publication "Susceptibility of brain atrophy to TRIB3 in Alzheimer’s disease: evidence from functional prioritization in imaging genetics", accepted for publication in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS).
It contains 4 items:

- SNP_list_position.csv
This .csv file provides the list of SNPs analyzed in the work with associated chromosome and position.

- Selection_Probabilities.npy
This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.
Each element of the list is associated to a PLS component. Each element is a list of 22 arrays, one per chromosome. Each array reports the selection probability associated to each genetic bin. The position (start-end) of each bin is reported in the file SNP_range.npy.

- SNP_range.npy
This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.
The list contains 22 arrays associated to each chromosome. Each element of the array is a position for the genetic bins used in the analysis.

- genetic_component.npy
This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.
It contains the 3 genetic components estimated through partial least squares. The dimension of each component is 1167117, corresponding to the number of SNPs analyzed in the study and listed in the file SNP_list_position.csv.
