<div>This collection provides the experimental material associated to the publication "Susceptibility of brain atrophy to TRIB3 in Alzheimer’s disease: evidence from functional prioritization in imaging genetics", accepted for publication in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS).<div>It contains 4 items:</div><div><br></div><div>- SNP_list_position.csv<br></div><div>This .csv file provides the list of SNPs analyzed in the work with associated chromosome and position.</div><div><br></div><div>- Selection_Probabilities.npy</div><div>This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.</div><div>Each element of the list is associated to a PLS component. Each element is a list of 22 arrays, one per chromosome. Each array reports the selection probability associated to each genetic bin. The position (start-end) of each bin is reported in the file SNP_range.npy.</div><div><br></div><div>- SNP_range.npy</div><div>This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.<br></div><div>The list contains 22 arrays associated to each chromosome. Each element of the array is a position for the genetic bins used in the analysis.</div><div><br></div><div>- genetic_component.npy</div><div>This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.</div><div>It contains the 3 genetic components estimated through partial least squares.
