PCA score plot displaying the distinct dissimilarities between Sham animals and SCI animals, and also suggested the time-dependent changes in metabolite profiles after SCI operation. There are two outlier in PCA score plot; one of them (animal No. VK6) in SCI day11 group showed low BBB score.
