WebsterA total of 1177 samples were tested for influenza A by virus isolation. The approximate locations of the sampling sites are presented on the map, with the pie chart corresponding to the relative proportion of total numbers of swabs in AI subtyped classes by study site. Samples testing positive for Newcastle disease virus were excluded from the analysis.
