MMP3 and MMP9 are upregulated by Zta.

HONE-1 cells were transfected with a vector plasmid (Vec) or a Zta-expressing plasmid (Zta). In the upper panel, the profiles of MMP production in the cell culture supernatants were analyzed by using an antibody array, where the positive control (PC) and the negative control (NC) were included. In the lower panel, Zta-mediated induction of each MMP was quantified as folds of induction compared with the vector control. In this analysis, only MMP3 and MMP9 were induced more than two folds by Zta.
