Survival curves of Mif⁻/⁻ (C57BL/6) mice (6–8 weeks old) and age and sex-matched wild type controls orally infected with 100 (A) and 20 cysts (B) of ME-49 strain of T. gondii. Morbidity was evaluated by determining animal (C) relative weight loss and (D) hematocrit. One representative experiment out of three performed.
