Indirect immunofluorescence assay for HIV p24.

Cells were then washed and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde fixative and treated with 0.2% triton. HIV p24 in infected macrophages was stained by HIV p24 antiserum (green color) and cell nuclei was stained by Hoechst and observed through fluorescence microscope.
