BDNF and B. trkB receptor mRNA expression was quantified using RT-PCR. Values are shown as means±SEM normalized to GAPDH from at least three independent trials. The ratios of relative expressions of BDNF and trkB receptor of ES rats to those of sham ES rats were plotted in trend curves (C).
