Effect of TLR4 siRNA and PDTC treatment on plasma LPS and LBP levels.

The plasma levels of LPS and LBP in the control group, CUMS + siRNA group, and CUMS + PDTC group were significantly lower than those in the CUMS group. The agents (siRNA and PDTC) were given to mice 30 min before the stress exposure. Data are mean ± SEM (n = 15 per group). *P < 0. 05, **P < 0.01.
