ColpittsAag2 cells were transfected with an insect expression vector encoding CRVP379 (AcCRVP379) or GFP (AcGFP) and A. CRVP379 expression was measured by qRT-PCR at 48 h post-transfection. B. Cells were infected with DENV (MOI of 1.0) at 48 h post-transfection and infection levels were measure by qRT-PCR at 24 hpi.
