ElliottMeans with 95% CI of net cytokine production were determined in response to TB antigens (ESAT-6, CFP-10 and TB7.7 (peptide 4)) in QFN plasma supernatants tested for cytokine content using multiplex bead array. Spontaneous cytokine production was subtracted prior to analysis.
