Corosolic acid exhibits significant anti-tumor effects on Huh7 cells in vivo.

2 × 10⁶ of Huh7 cells were subcutaneously injected into the hind limb of NOD/SCID mice (n = 5). Corosolic acid (5 mg/kg/day) was administered by intraperitoneal injection for 21 days.
