(A) Expression of CD86 on NK-92MI cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. One representative experiment of four is shown. (B) Flow cytometry was used to assess the expression of the activation receptors NKG2D on NK-92MI cells treated with either CTLA4Ig or isotype IgG or IL-2 for 24 hours. One representative experiment of four is shown. **p < 0.0001 was considered as statistically significant when compared with the control group. (C) Flow cytometry was used to assess the percentage of NKp44 positive NK-92MI cells after treated with either CTLA4Ig or isotype IgG or IL-2 for 24 hours. One representative experiment of four is shown.
