The average final fraction of nucleosomes is plotted as a function of (the number of initial nucleosomes) for (, ) being (0.003, 0.0015)(red) and (0.005, 0.0025)(blue). These levels of nucleosomes are computed by averaging the final number of nucleosomes in the simulations over 2000 runs.
