Analysis of Tunga penetrans antigens using sera from immunized rats in Ouchterlony double immunodiffusion assay.

Positive controls include sheep serum as antigen and anti sheep as antibodies. Negative controls used were T. penetrans protein extracts as antigens and buffer (PBS) in place of serum. Test samples were jigger protein extracts antigen. Anti jigger serum was from immunized rats.
