Krishnamurithy, Robert McKean, Tunku KamarulThe post-fixed scaffold samples from Days 0, 7, 14, and 21 were fixed with 95% ethanol for 10 min, and were subsequently washed with sterile water and incubated with 0.1% AR stain and Tris-HCl solution at 37°C for 30 min.
