Surveys Swedish Elsevier cancellation

1) users (researchers/research students at higher education institutions [HEIs] and
users at government agencies) at the 29 HEIs and 15 government agencies that had an agreement at the time of cancellation;
2) participating organisations (the 29 HEIs and 15 government agencies that had an agreement at the time of cancellation), and;
3. the Swedish Library Consortium (Bibsam) as a whole.
The surveys were open during January 10 - February 1 2019.
