Supplementary Figure 2. from Peripheral self-reactivity regulates antigen-specific CD8 T-cell responses and cell division under physiological conditions

Parasite load was assessed by in vivo luminescence after adoptive transfer of 8x10⁴ sorted Rop7-I, -II and -III CD8 T cells and infection intraperitoneally with 5x10⁴ Pru luciferase parasites on days 4, 5, 6 and 7 post-infection. No significant difference in parasite load was observed.
