(A) HeLa cells were infected with wild-type L. monocytogenes for 6 hours. Samples were fixed then stained with normal mouse IgG antibody (green), Alexa594-phalloidin (red) to visualize F-actin and DAPI (blue) to visualize DNA. The control IgG is not enriched at the plasma membrane surrounding membrane protrusions (top) or at invaginations (bottom).
