Subtle differences in growth between two closely related P. syringae strains

P. syringae pv. phaseolicola 2708 grows slightly more poorly than a very closely related strain (P. syringae pv. phaseolicola 1516) during syringe inoculation of 2 week old French bean leaves (cv. Canadian Wonder). Three independent experiments, three replicate inoculations per experiment. Error bars represent 2SE
