Structure output for all Eudyptes samples

This file contains the structure input file (.str, .txt) and the plots (.html) generated for different values of K in Structure, using the filtered SNP dataset that contains All Eudyptes penguins taxa together. This includes the fiordland crested penguin (E. pachyrhynchus), the snares crested penguin (E. robustus), the northern rockhopper penguin (E. moseleyi), the western rockhopper penguin (E. chrysocome), the eastern rockhopper penguin (E. filholi), the macaroni penguin (E. chrysolophus chrysolophus) and the royal penguin (E. c. schlegeli).
