dataset
posted on 2020-05-22, 11:56 authored by ZabicZabic, James Napier
This SSOCT raw data can be used with the "Virtual OCT System" of OCTproZ (https://github.com/spectralcode/OCTproZ/ ). After processing, this SSOCT data shows a piece of laser-burned wood with couple layers of tape. The dimension of the en face view is roughly 2 mm x 4 mm.

Suitable settings for the Virtual OCT System are:
Bit depth [bits]: 12
Samples per raw A-scan: 1664
A-scans per B-scan: 512
B-scans per buffer: 16
Buffers per volume: 16
Buffers to read from file: 32

Suitable settings for processing with OCTproZ are:
Bit shift sample values by 4: checked
Flip every second B-scan: checked
k-linearization: checked
c_0: 0,0
c_1: 2016,0
c_2: -994,0
c_3: 624,0
Dispersion Compensation: unchecked
Windowing: checked
Window Type: Hanning
Fill Factor: 0,95
Center Position: 0,50
Fixed-Pattern Noise Removal: checked
Sinusoidal scan correction: checked
Log scaling: checked
Max value: 100,0
Min value: 35,0
Multiplicator 1,0
Addend: 0,0
