This data set describes the synthesis of transcripts derived from RNA-Seq short read data from 2016 Bangladesh wheat blast epidemic openly available from "OpenWheatBlast" website. We aligned the short reads to the predicted transcriptome of Brazilian wheat blast isolate BR32 reported by Chiapello et al. GBE (2016) and obtained from the GEMO database. Then, we extracted the predicted consensus sequences for the Bangladeshi strain(s). Here, we provide fasta files for these predicted consensus sequences based on the Br32 gene models.
