Twenty KEGG pathways known to play a role in plant secondary metabolite degradation were searched in the eggNOG annotations of Lonepinella koalarum strain UCD-LQP1. The amino acid sequences of putative hits are deposited here. Putative genes of interest are summarized in Supplementary Table Xx in the main manuscript.
