Predatory Publishers: Not Just OA (and who loses out?)

Predatory practices can occur in both open access and non-OA arenas. Opponents of OA should stop using this as a metonym for all OA and OA proponents must work on ways (and effective dissemination of such ways) to counter these arguments.
