Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α mRNA expression in Pacific herring Clupea pallasii
A hypoxia-specific responsive gene, hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), was identified and tested as a potential biomarker for hypoxia exposure in Pacific Herring Clupea pallasii.
