The work implements the Educational Process and Data Mining (EPDM) model on the ECOA SET data by determining the frequency of the top 20 qualities that the students perceive as important in the evaluation of the teachers' performance in the data (ECOA). Technically, the sets of qualities were analyzed in terms of the Male and Female teachers by determining the clustering of words, frequencies, and correlation of the different words. In other word, whereas, the word frequencies are represented according to the highest to the lowest appearing words, the correlation of the words were determined by measuring the probability scales from 0 to 1 values (where: 0 represents 0% and 1 represents 100% likelihood of the students using the associated words in the data). Consequently, the results of the method are as presented in the following Table I.
