ORCID doesn't have to be hard

ORCID identifiers are playing an increasingly important role in the scholarly research ecosystem. We will discuss practical steps you can take to begin using ORCID at your institution. We will share outreach, education, and cross-campus collaborative efforts which have resulted in growing adoption of ORCID by researchers on our campus. You will leave this poster session ready to use the ORCID public API to gather information about current ORCID usage at your institution and ways to measure the impact of your outreach efforts. Our poster will help you tap into the wealth of research data available in the ORCID system. Our methods are accessible to a wide range of research institutions -- you don't need extravagant IT resources or an institutional ORCID membership to make significant progress!
