Nuclear tRNA gene predictions for 12 species in the genus Drosophila

Coordinates of nuclear tRNA gene predictions for 12 species in the genus Drosophila from Clark et al. (2007)  "Evolution of genes and genomes on the Drosophila phylogeny" Nature 450: 203-218. tRNA gene annotations are in gff3 format on CAF1 assembly coordinates. These data have now been incorporated into official FlyBlase genome annotations.
