The larger magnification (x400) image and relative percentage of staining cells with STAT6 nuclear localization (Arrow) is shown in the lower panels. (B) The relative percentage of STAT6 nuclear localization from panel A was individually quantified by nuclear and cytoplasmic staining of 100 cells. Asterisks indicate P<0.05. (C) Immunofluorescent analysis of endogenous STAT6, LANA and merged in KS patient tissue and normal skin tissue. Nuclei were stained with DAPI. Scale bars represent 50μM. (D) The relative percentage of STAT6 nuclear localization in the presence of LANA from panel C was individually quantified by nuclear and cytoplasmic staining of 100 cells.
