This data contains: large recordings of pressure in the air sacs of unstimulated anesthetized finches along with corresponding spike timings in a single expiratory muscle motor unit, spike timings of motor units in awake freely breathing birds, force responses to stimulation patterns in vitro, and pressure responses to stimulation patterns in vivo.
