We obtained tumor tissues and adjacent mucosa tissues from 51 CRC patients and used them for metabolomics analysis.

The files named "LC-MS raw data (ESI-)" and "LC-MS raw data (ESI +)" are the raw data of UPLC-MS / MS.

The file named "sample groups" is the source and grouping information of the samples.
