GriffithsThe lactate from tumour cell is transported to glial cells, where it is used a fuel to produce ATP. ATP and PCr are connected via the creatine-kinase reaction. PCr, phosphocreatine; Cr, creatine; TCA, tricarboxylic acid cycle.
