MegaMUGA SNP data for the CC founder lines. The zip file contains the primary .RData files from ftp.jax.org/MUGA:

MM_code: strain name -> genotype code (174 individuals)

MM_geno: genotypes (markers x individuals) as single-letter codes N,C,T,A,G,H (77808 x 174)

MM_sex: sex of individuals (M/F)

MM_snps: snps x info (marker, chr, pos, cM, A1, A2, type, ..., tier); chr = 1-19,X,Y,M,P

MM_x, MM_y: x and y intensities, markers x strains
