This file directory includes the outlines of 182,707 leaves analyzed in the manuscript "Persistent homology demarcates a leaf morphospace", by Mao Li et al. Separate folders contain text files with x,y coordinates for the leaves from each indicated plant group. Within each folder original x,y coordinates and scaled coordinates are provided.
