Knockdown of CrzR in fat body does not affect recovery from chill coma. In neither genotype, ppl>CrzR-Ri (A) and to>CrzR-Ri (B), there is a difference in chill coma recovery time compared to controls (except ppl>CrzR-Ri compared to w1118>CrzR-Ri, where CrzR-RNAi results in delayed recovery from chill coma; χ2= 52.8, p < 0.001, log-rank test). Data are presented as means ± S.E.M, n = 3 replicates with 28-30 flies for each replicate (80–100 flies for each genotype). Chill coma is induced by keeping flies at 0 °C for 4 h.
