Is environmental heterogeneity a driver of species richness at local and regional scales? A comparison of lichen families across North American forests

This poster was presented on 1/9/2015 at the International Biogeography Society meeting in Bayreuth, Germany. It describes research on the environmental drivers of local and regional lichen species richness in two major clades of North American macrolichens: Parmeliaceae and Physciaceae.
