Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This dataset contains deduced amino acid IGHV sequences from B cells of 11 MS and 6 OIND patients (Johansen et al), collected from blood and CSF. Immunosequencing by Adaptive Biotechnologies using the ImmunoSeq survey level assay. Non-productive sequences were removed. The nucleotide sequences were translated to amino acid sequences using IMGT/High V-Quest (Alamyar et al). IGHV sequences deduced from transcripts comprising more than 0.5% of the reads were designated "highly transcribed".
