Immunosequencing by Adaptive Biotechnologies using the ImmunoSeq survey level assay. Non-productive sequences were removed. The nucleotide sequences were translated to amino acid sequences using IMGT/High V-Quest (Alamyar et al). IGHV sequences deduced from transcripts comprising more than 0.5% of the reads were designated "highly transcribed".
