Glucosamine (GlcN) Suppresses the Cytotoxic Activity of NK-92 Cells Against K562 Cells.

(A) Cytotoxicity of NK-92 cells against K562 cells, following treatment of the cultures overnight (ON) with different concentrations of GlcN or N-acetyl GlcN (GlcNAc). (B) Cytotoxicity of NK-92 cells against K562 cells after ON pretreatment with GlcN, followed by 5-mM GlcN supplementation during the assay. All experiments were performed independently five times.
