Circulating levels of miR-125b was tested in plasma from preeclampsia patients and normal controls, taking the synthetic Caenorhabditis elegans miR-39 (Cel-miR-39) as external control. All experiments were repeated ≥3 times independently in identical conditions. Results are presented as mean ± SEM. Statistical comparison between PE group and NC group was performed using SPSS, with p<0.05 considered as significant. *p < 0.05.
