Exons are shown as green boxes; introns are shown as black lines; and upstream/downstream are shown as blue boxes. 0 indicates an intron located between two consecutive codons, 1 indicates splitting codons between the first and second nucleotides, and 2 indicate an intron inserted into the second base of a codon. The relative size of the full transcript, intron, and exon could be inferred from the scale provided below in kilo base pair, kb.
