Example cell responses to venom fractions obtained from xCELLigence system. The cell index is a unitless measurement output by the xCELLigence system and responds proportionally to changes in cell contact with the culture plate surface or conductivity changes within the media. Selected treatments are shown to highlight the variable response between venom peaks. The maximum drop in cell index relative to whole venom is used to generate Figure 3B. Error bars are standard deviation.
