The ex vivo
cardiac Diffusion Tensor MRI datasets of four healthy Wistar Kyoto rats
(controls) and four spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). All rats were male
and their age during excision was 17-18 months old. The six tensor elements
maps have been uploaded, together with MATLAB code to read the data, and a text
file that describes the dataset dimensions.
