Effect of ECM substrate on proliferation of EA.hy926 cells.

EA.hy926 endothelial cells were seeded at a density of 9000 cells/cm² on non-coated (Panel A), Matrigel-coated (Panel B) or collagen-coated (Panel C) 96 well plates and grown for up to 10 days without changing the media. Cell proliferation was assessed with the BrdU cell proliferation assay. Plates were read at dual wavelength 450/550 nm. Data are plotted as means ± SEM (n = 3).
