"Determining individual variation in growth and its implication for life history and population processes using the Empirical Bayes method"
currently under review at PLoS Computational Biology.
Please start by reading the README.txt file. All files necessary to reproduce the analyses are then in the EBgrowth.zip file.
m_grow3_rho.tpl = tpl file for admb program with correlation between k and linf
Models have been fitted using the free software ADMB ver 11 (http://admb-project.org/) in combination with R (http://cran.r-project.org/)
